Genesis Mental Health Services is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselors (LPCC), and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSW) to join our expanding telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities

Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients using evidence-based approaches. Build treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client based on thorough assessments. Maintain appropriate documentation and chart notes promptly to ensure compliance with privacy regulations. Utilize our billing support services, requiring minimal administrative work on your part, allowing you to focus on client care. Respond promptly to client inquiries or concerns regarding their care and facilitate connection with necessary resources. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities offered by Genesis Mental Health Services. Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary clients will range from children to older adults experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and other mood disorders. You will employ your therapeutic skills to provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing the diversity within our client population. This role emphasizes the importance of building trust and rapport to enhance client engagement and treatment outcomes. Qualifications

A Master's Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. Must hold a valid license in the state of California as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, their families, and administrative personnel. A professional workspace in compliance with privacy policies and conducive to virtual therapy sessions. Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently while adhering to best practices in client care. Preferred Experience

Experience in teletherapy or a remote work environment is a plus. Familiarity with diverse populations, including varying age groups and cultural backgrounds. Certification in additional therapeutic techniques or modalities is advantageous. Multi-state licensure may enhance your candidacy. Compensation and Benefits

Competitive annual salary ranging from $120,000 to $140,000. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 for qualified candidates.
