Work Environment
This position is entirely remote, which means you can create a productive work environment from anywhere. You will join a collaborative fully remote team consisting of experienced mental health professionals who use a comprehensive virtual platform to facilitate assessments, counseling sessions, and follow-up care. Our outpatient office structure promotes efficiency and job satisfaction, allowing you to have a personalized caseload tailored to your expertise and client preferences.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to therapy.
Utilize solution-based treatment modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client you serve.
Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their goals and preferences.
Guide clients in gaining insights into their emotions, relationships, and personal experiences to foster self-awareness.
Continuously monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
Support clients in developing healthy coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health challenges.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The ideal candidate will provide care for a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who may be dealing with various mental health conditions. Qualifications
Possess a Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Hold a valid License as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), with no disciplinary actions affecting the license.
Ability to practice independently without supervision, demonstrating professional maturity and ethical standards.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, along with a sympathetic and empathetic nature, essential for effective counseling.
Proficient in using computers and various software programs relevant to providing mental health services.
Preferred Experience
While not required, experience in teletherapy and familiarity with digital counseling platforms will be beneficial. We value those who have worked with clients facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other common mental health concerns. Your ability to adapt your therapeutic style to each client’s unique situation will enhance their experience and promote better outcomes.
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience.
