Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities essential to the well-being of our clients:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that aligns with their goals.
Create and implement evidence-based interventions aimed at improving client outcomes, focusing on solution-based practices.
Document and maintain accurate clinical records in line with confidentiality standards and regulatory compliance.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to deliver integrated care that addresses all facets of a client's well-being.
Provide education and emotional support to clients and their families, guiding them through the therapeutic process.
Stay informed of the latest research and developments in the field of social work and mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas.
A minimum of three years of clinical experience with a focus on psychotherapy and mental health treatment.
Proven proficiency in implementing solution-focused psychotherapy interventions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
A strong commitment to professional ethics and integrity.
Preferred Experience
While the above qualifications are essential, candidates with experience in community health settings, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)—will be given preference. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is also beneficial.
Compensation and Benefits
