Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the behavioral and mental health needs of clients, particularly focusing on adults with stable, low-acuity issues.

Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to create effective, individualized therapy plans that aim for measurable client growth.

Engage clients in meaningful discussions to help them uncover insights into their feelings and experiences, guiding them towards healthy coping mechanisms.

Monitor and document client progress regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

Provide ethical, compassionate counseling services through engaging video sessions, fostering a warm and trusting therapeutic relationship.

Patient Population / Client Focus The focus of this role will be on addressing the psychological needs of low-acuity, stable adults. You will engage with a diverse client base who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges, from anxiety and depression to stress management. Your role will be pivotal in supporting these individuals in achieving their therapeutic goals and improving their overall emotional well-being.

Qualifications

A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

A current and active state license (LCSW) to practice independently without supervision. Please specify your license and state in the application.

A clean record with no disciplinary actions against your license.

Excellent interpersonal skills, demonstrating both empathy and solid judgment while working with clients.

Proficient with technology and comfortable using telehealth platforms for counseling delivery.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience providing telehealth services is highly valued.

Familiarity with contemporary psychotherapy practices and ongoing professional development.

A background in community mental health interventions can be beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

Attractive salary range of USD 90,000 – 104,000 annually, based on hours worked and experience.
