Conduct direct clinical work with students both in virtual sessions and in the community, providing therapeutic support tailored to their unique needs. Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients and families, using empathy and active listening to foster a safe environment for expressing concerns. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and educational staff to achieve common goals, promoting teamwork within the clinic and the school environment. Adhere strictly to ethical guidelines and the clinic’s code of conduct while navigating organizational and financial structures to ensure compliance and efficacy in care delivery. Identify and promptly report any safety concerns, utilizing established procedures to maintain a secure environment for all clients. Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based screenings and assessments to develop integrated care plans that address both immediate and long-term needs. Facilitate information exchange among clients, families, educators, and other stakeholders, ensuring a continuum of care that supports emotional and psychological well-being. Deliver a range of brief but impactful prevention, treatment, and recovery services tailored to the diverse needs of the student population. Participate actively in crisis intervention efforts, employing de-escalation techniques and appropriate therapeutic interventions during critical situations. Patient Population / Client Focus

This position primarily targets students from diverse backgrounds who may be facing significant emotional challenges or mental health issues. By addressing the unique needs of these adolescents and children within the school setting, the LCSW contributes to improving both academic performance and personal development among at-risk youth. Qualifications

A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certification. A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably within school-based or child/adolescent mental health services. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to work effectively with individuals from various cultural, social, and educational backgrounds. Demonstrated knowledge of evidence-based practices in therapeutic settings. Preferred Experience

Candidates with previous experience working within educational systems or specialized training in child and adolescent mental health are highly preferred. Familiarity with integrated care models and collaborative practices will enhance the effectiveness of interventions. Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
