The LPC will work from the comfort of their home while being part of a collaborative virtual team. Despite being remote, team members stay connected through regular virtual meetings and collaborative platforms to share insights, updates, and support. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients based on their unique needs. Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), with an emphasis on building a trustful client-counselor relationship. Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively. Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and practices in mental health counseling. Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily serves a diverse population of clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, who are seeking mental health support. Counselors will have the opportunity to work with clients facing various challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and interpersonal conflicts, promoting recovery and personal growth. Qualifications

A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required. Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Florida. A minimum of two years of experience delivering counseling services in a clinical setting, demonstrating effective therapeutic techniques. Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practices. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to foster strong therapeutic alliances with clients from diverse backgrounds. Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with other healthcare professionals. Proficient in using EMR systems and other relevant digital platforms. Preferred Experience

Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse treatment, family therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with cultural competence in counseling practices will be considered an asset. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
