Harmony United is seeking a dedicated and licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our talented team. Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments of patients' psychosocial needs, strengths, and support networks, ensuring personalized treatment plans that prioritize holistic care.
Collaborate with patients to create attainable care plans and treatment goals that reflect their aspirations and therapeutic needs.
Establish a trusting rapport with patients, advocating for their needs and providing essential therapeutic interventions.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic methodologies tailored to detox and recovery.
Document and monitor patient progress, ensuring timely adjustments to care plans and reporting critical developments to the clinical team as necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The primary focus of this role is to work with adults and adolescents who are navigating the challenges of addiction, mental health disorders, and emotional difficulties. Understanding the unique vulnerabilities and strengths of this population is essential; therefore, the LCSW will employ both empathy and expertise to foster resilience and recovery.
Qualifications
A valid license to practice as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for successfully engaging with patients and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team.
Preferred Experience
At least 2 years of post-licensure, unsupervised clinical experience, preferably in a mental health or detox setting.
Experience working with diverse populations, including those facing addiction and associated mental health challenges.
Demonstrated proficiency in patient-centered care and an understanding of trauma-informed practices.
Compensation and Benefits
