Position Overview Driven Health Allied is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our team in a full-time capacity. Work Environment This position offers the unique flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct your sessions from the comfort of your own home while also maintaining access to our outpatient office resources when needed. Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

Utilize evidence-based therapy techniques in individual counseling sessions, including cognitive-behavioral approaches, family systems therapy, and narrative therapy to foster personal development.

Work collaboratively with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly check in on their progress, adjusting plans as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

Provide teletherapy services, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients who may have difficulty attending in-person appointments.

Maintain diligent and accurate documentation of client sessions, ensuring strict adherence to ethical standards and insurance requirements.

Engage in regular professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and keep abreast of the latest advancements in therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus Your role will include working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and those navigating the complexities of addiction and recovery. With a focus on family systems, you will often work with entire families to facilitate inclusive healing processes, supporting each member’s unique needs.

Qualifications

An active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust and openness within therapeutic relationships.

Empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude to support clients through their personal struggles.

Strong organizational and time management skills to balance caseloads and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Preferred Experience

Experience working with a variety of psychological issues, particularly addiction and recovery, is a plus.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and digital documentation tools to enhance client interactions and streamline administrative tasks.

A background in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams may be beneficial.
