Growing together.The Senior Associate General Counsel, Optum Health M&A Legal, leads the legal function responsible for Optum Health acquisitions and related business development activities.The role leads a team of attorneys and legal professionals responsible for supporting transaction execution, legal diligence, negotiation, governance approvals, post-close integration support, and strategic business counseling.The position serves as a critical partner to Business Development, Finance, Operations, and Enterprise Legal leadership in advancing Optum Health's growth strategy.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
