This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who can identify opportunities to improve how the Legal team operates and drive solutions from strategy through execution.Reporting to the Head of Legal Strategy & Operations, this role will help advance Legal Operations by improving workflows, strengthening reporting and business intelligence, and embedding AI and automation across legal processes. The Senior Legal Operations Specialist will support the Legal team in implementing technology solutions, optimizing workflows, and enhancing the operational infrastructure that supports Legal and Compliance. This role will also support Broadridge’s broader compliance and governance programs.The ideal candidate is equally comfortable thinking strategically and executing tactically. They can assess current-state operations, derive insights from legal technology platforms, make practical recommendations, and implement improvements that increase efficiency, visibility, and consistency.
