Title: Fluid Systems/Power EngineerLocation: Remote - Some travel to Buffalo, NY office first couple months for trainingPosition OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Fluid Systems/Power Engineer to design, implement, and optimize fluid and power systems. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hydraulic and lubrication systems, along with a solid background in system integration and design. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our fluid and power delivery systems in various applications.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop fluid and power systems including hydraulic and lubrication systems.Create schematic layouts and detailed system designs using AutoCAD and Autodesk Inventor.Conduct system integration and ensure compliance with industry standards like Tier IV, ABS, NFPA, CE, and ATEX.Generate BOMs and estimates for project proposals and budgets.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fluid systems into larger projects.Perform circuit design and pressure analysis to optimize system performance.Utilize MRP and ERP systems for project planning and management.Assess and implement new technologies and processes to improve system efficiency.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Fluid Dynamics, or a related field.Experience with closed loop, hydrostatic systems that power hydraulic motors.
