Senior CX/UX Designer (AI Innovation for Tax & Accounting) – Hybrid (CT/ET) R0056827Design AI-powered experiences that transform tax and accounting workflows.About the RoleAs a Senior CX/UX Designer, your mission is to create user-facing experiences that incorporate AI, machine learning, and automation into tax and accounting workflows, with a primary focus on an AI-powered tax research and guidance experience. You will design solutions that help tax professionals ask better questions, find trusted answers faster, and confidently interpret complex and evolving tax regulations.This includes rapidly moving from hypothesis to validated customer journeys by creating multi modal prototypes and simulations, using lightweight coding concepts and AI assisted development to explore interactions and accelerate design to delivery collaboration with engineering partners.You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive, compliant, and scalable agentic experiences that support tax research, contextual guidance, and in-the-moment decision making.Why This Role MattersTax and accounting professionals rely on accurate, explainable, and timely answers to navigate complex regulatory environments.
