Job DescriptionJOB SCOPE:The Product Manager, Tech Hub will lead the development and implementation of AI-driven automation solutions to optimize routing efficiency and enhance service delivery.JOB SUMMARY:The Product Manager, Tech Hub will define the product vision for AI-driven solutions, lead the development of intelligent routing algorithms, and automate dispatch workflows.
