The Deputy LPM is to assist the LPM in staying aligned on program status and performance and act as the single Point of Contact (POC) for all Global Sustainment (GS) activities for a given program. They are responsible for the overall technical, cost, schedule and quality performance of the GS activities. The LPM work is categorized into the “Design-Build-Sustain” concept.
