Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, payment issues, and vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.Prepare and process electronic payments, ACH transactions, wire transfers, and check runs.Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding items to ensure account accuracy.Monitor AP aging reports and assist in managing payment schedules to optimize cash flow and maintain vendor relationships. QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or GED required.
