Growing together.The Program Manager, Value Execution is responsible for supporting the execution, administration, and continuous improvement of clinical operations programs. This role partners across clinical, operational, and technology teams to coordinate projects, manage operational processes, support workforce readiness, and drive successful implementation of strategic initiatives while ensuring efficient and effective program delivery.You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Supports the operational execution and ongoing management of clinical operations programs, including implementation, deployment, and process improvement initiativesCoordinates project plans, governance activities, meeting facilitation, action item tracking, communications, and reporting to support program objectivesLeads operational readiness activities for new workflows, pilots, facility onboarding, and service expansionsPartners with clinical, operational, analytics, and technology teams to gather requirements, prioritize work, and drive successful project executionSupports maintenance of operational workflows, process documentation, job aids, and supporting resourcesManages system access and onboarding processes, including coordination of EMR access, security requests, and workforce readiness activitiesIdentifies risks, develops mitigation plans, and escalates issues as appropriateSupports reporting and performance-monitoring activities to inform operational decision-makingBuilds and maintains effective relationships with internal and external stakeholdersLeads or participates in cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiativesYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications:3+ years of experience in healthcare operations, program management, project management, or clinical operationsExperience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentExperience creating process documentation, workflows, and project plansProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePointProven solid organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting care management, care coordination, population health, or value-based care programsExperience with operational reporting, workflow optimization, or process improvement initiativesExperience supporting program implementations, pilots, or operational deploymentsKnowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, or post-acute care workflowsAll employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
