The RoleThe Vice President of Sales – Retiree Health Solutions is a sales leader who is highly motivated to build and lead a high performing team of Sales Executives focused on developing value-based singular or multi-product Alight Solutions to drive acquisition of new business and revenue expansion within our existing client base.The Vice President of Sales is an inspirational sales leader focused on sales executive development, an expert in singular and multi-product Alight solutions, exhibits exceptional forecasting accuracy, and has strong business acumen to deliver revenue goals through new client acquisition and revenue expansion of existing accounts. They must be able to effectively lead the team through the sales process: from the creation of a sales strategy, and executing the pursuit of new client acquisition and existing expansion opportunities. This sales leader must have a proven record to help other sales executives close new logo business and existing opportunities, and may be assigned to designated accounts.
