For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the operational support and maintenance of the Child Support applicationEnsure system stability, performance, and compliance with CCWIS functional requirementsAct as the primary liaison between technical teams and client stakeholdersManage incident resolution, change requests, and enhancement planningTrack and prioritize client issues, pain points, and service requestsConduct regular service reviews and ensure adherence to SLAsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and resolve issuesMaintain documentation related to system operations, configurations, and updatesEnsure data integrity, security, and privacy in accordance with federal and state regulationsYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.
