Gross premium written in 2025 surpassed $2.4B.The qualities and capabilities of Crum & Forster Accident & Health demonstrate our philosophy of building meaningful, long-term partnerships and our dedication to providing alternative strategies in an ever-changing insurance market.Information about the Role, Line of Business and Team: The Compliance Department is responsible for the submission of product filings (forms/rates/rules) to the respective state departments of insurance to support profitable business growth, as well as reviewing marketing materials for adherence to the various state unfair trade practices and advertising guidelines. In addition, the Compliance department works with the underwriting areas in ensuring that all policies and/or certificates are properly issued.The Senior Compliance Analyst should be comfortable operating independently and in team-settings, and is responsible for drafting and filing policy forms, including benefit designs, schedules, and general provisions as well as reviewing advertising/marketing materials to ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company guidelines, an all laws and regulations and are in accordance with our guidelines and ensuring consistency with product parameters and can identify and address problematic language, in line with current regulatory requirements and market standards. The Senior Compliance Analyst is responsible for the maintenance and regulatory compliance of assigned Accident & Health (A&H) and some Property & Casualty (P&C) products offered by Crum & Forster A&H Division.What you will do:Independently draft policy forms reflecting underwriting intent and consistent with regulatory requirements and current market standards for assigned lines of business, with support from Management where requiredManage complex product projects for assigned lines of business or products (admitted or non-admitted), collaborating with Underwriting, Claims, Legal, and Actuarial to produce final quality insurance productsInitiate and publish competitor filing information periodically and/or at request of Manager or business. Stay current on developments affecting marketing, product design, development, and filing requirementsReview and assess regulatory changes, including statutes, regulations, bulletins, and industry trends, to determine filing and regulatory requirementsIndependently review advertising materials, including websites, to ensure compliance with internal standards and state regulatory guidelines, within established timeframes and utilizing tools availableAnalyze with the ability to identify problematic language in marketing/advertisements as identified by guidelines applicable to that productDevelop issue instructions and translate approved filings into product fulfillment and ensure that the approved product is operationalizedPrepare, develop and issue policy contracts, amendments and related forms as needed for complex product structures, in accordance with company policy and state regulationsRespond to routine compliance-related requests and inquiries from the various business areas in a timely fashionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with internal business units, external partners (such as TPAs and MGUs), and foster teamwork across the organizationPerform other related duties, including short- or long-term projects, as assigned by the managerOther duties as assignedWhat you will bring to C&F:Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication as well as interpersonal skillsFlexible and open to an ever changing, fast-paced environment, based on the value of the business to the DivisionAbility to work independently, prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlinesMeticulous with a high degree of accuracy and ability to multitaskAbility to manage conflict tactfully and effectivelyStrong research, decision-making, and analytical skillsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.6+ years of equivalent work experience in the insurance industry, ideally with direct exposure to one or more of the following A&H product lines: Travel, Ancillary Benefits, Stop Loss, Occupational Risk, Travel Medical, Special Risk, Pet, and/or Life InsuranceDemonstrated knowledge of insurance compliance laws and regulations; A&H Travel knowledge preferredProficient in Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel

The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $82,900.00 to a maximum of $121,600.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range.
