Operations Assistant – Fully Remote

💷 Salary: £26,000–£31,000, depending on experience
📅 Hours: Monday–Friday
The Opportunity
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a well-established and growing business with the recruitment of an Operations Assistant.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and dependable individual to support the company’s daily operations while working as part of a friendly and collaborative remote team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general support across the business
- Manage shared inboxes and respond to routine enquiries
- Maintain accurate company records, spreadsheets and internal systems
- Prepare documents, reports and meeting notes
- Coordinate diaries, meetings and internal communications
- Monitor outstanding tasks and follow up with relevant team members
- Help resolve routine customer and supplier enquiries
- Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
- Provide additional support to the wider team when required
Skills & Experience
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Confident using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Good attention to detail and ability to work accurately
- Comfortable managing several tasks and priorities
- Professional and helpful approach
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment
