A position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) specializing in telespeech services. This remote opportunity supports school settings and offers the flexibility to work from home on a 1099 contract basis.
Location: Dickinson, TX (Remote)
Responsibilities include conducting speech and language evaluations and therapy sessions via telecommunication platforms for students. The role requires effective communication with students, families, and educational staff to support individualized education plans and promote speech and language development.
Qualifications and experience:
Valid SLP certification and licensure appropriate for providing school-based services
Proven experience delivering telespeech services in an educational context
Strong understanding of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
Ability to manage virtual caseloads and maintain accurate documentation
Proficient with teletherapy technologies and platforms
Excellent interpersonal skills and professional communication abilities
