Schedule: Full-Time | Hybrid (4 Days Onsite, 1 Day Remote)
We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our school-based team! This is an excellent opportunity for an SLP who enjoys making a meaningful impact on students while benefiting from a flexible hybrid work schedule.

Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations for students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
Provide direct therapy services to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams.
Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
Active state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure).
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply as well.
Previous school-based experience is a plus but not required.
Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
