Farmers Insurance – Northwest District is seeking a motivated, driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate with a clear pathway to long-term executive leadership. In this role, you will build your foundational experience with the dedicated support to eventually scale and lead your own fully operational Farmers agency. This opportunity offers a flexible hybrid schedule with remote work capabilities and scheduled in-person training.
We are looking for self-starters and future industry leaders who are ready to dive in, manage their performance, and make an immediate impact within a growing District. From day one, you will operate with a high degree of independence, proactively building and managing a client portfolio that drives key market growth.
You will receive one-on-one mentorship, exclusive executive training, and a proven roadmap designed to transition you from a top-producing associate into an executive agency manager.
Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships by assessing client needs, educating them on coverage options, and providing ongoing policy reviews and exceptional service.
Proactively generate leads and build a growing book of business through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and consistent community involvement.
Team up with the District and other Associates to hit sales goals and support marketing initiatives while staying sharp on product knowledge, industry trends, and Farmers training.
Requirements
Active or ability to obtain Property Casualty and Life Health licenses
(fully-paid by Farmers Insurance)
Comfortable working in a high-reward, sales environment
Proficiency in Communication and excellent Customer Service skills
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid environment
