Join our team at Dacus Towing and Recovery, where we pride ourselves on delivering top-tier roadside assistance and towing services. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to manage overnight and weekend calls remotely, ensuring our customers receive professional service. This position is primarily remote but does require in-person, in-office training and meetings.
Mission
To convert incoming calls and dispatch appropriate tow and recovery resources.
Outcomes
Answer 100% of inbound calls
Capture 100% of relevant information for each call
Deliver accurate quotes on 100% of calls
Dispatch tow and recovery resources within 5 minutes for 95% of calls

Requirements:
Age Requirement:
Must be at least 18 years old.
Remote Work Setup:
Must have a reliable internet connection, and a suitable workspace free from distractions. Ability to download, install, and use essential dispatching and payment processing apps on personal devices (PC and/or smartphone).
Availability:
Must be willing to work on-call shifts several nights per week and 1-2 weekends per month, including rotating holidays.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations.
Attention to Detail:
High level of accuracy in data entry and dispatching to ensure correct information is relayed to drivers and customers.
Location:
Position is primarily remote; however, applicant must be able to attend in-person, in-office training and meetings at our McPherson, KS office.
