What You’ll Do
As part of our legal team, you will play a key role in keeping cases organized, clients informed, and attorneys supported. Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting letters, pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
Conducting legal research and preparing case materials for hearings
Managing deadlines, hearings, and case schedules
Communicating with clients, courts, and administrative agencies
Maintaining organized electronic case files and accurate billing records
Acting as the firm’s primary contact for court and scheduling coordination
What You Bring
2–4 years of paralegal experience
Paralegal certification required
Strong understanding of legal terminology, research methods, and court procedures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
Experience with Clio Manage, Clio Grow, and OneDrive preferred
Excellent time management, judgment, and attention to detail
Ability to stay composed and effective in a fast-paced environment
