Job Description
If you take your clinical work seriously, you’ll notice the difference at United Care ABA immediately.
United Care ABA
is building a clinical team focused on delivering high-level, meaningful ABA services across Colorado, including underserved communities where families are actively seeking real support.
We provide in-home services to children of all ages, including those with more complex needs. Our goal is not volume—it’s impact. We’re looking for BCBAs who want to be part of that.
What makes this different:
Opportunity to serve across Colorado, including high-need and underserved areas
In-home model focused on real-life application and meaningful progress
Cases across age groups and levels of need—not limited to early intervention
Flexible structure—take on cases that align with your availability
Remote options available for areas outside of travel range
Clinical Environment:
Ongoing clinical leadership and direct access to experienced support
Regular case collaboration and clinical roundtables
Active engagement—not isolation
A team that prioritizes quality of care and clinical integrity
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Oversee implementation of ABA services and supervise BTs/RBTs
Provide parent training and guidance with a focus on real-world application
Monitor progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care
Requirements:
BCBA certification (BACB)
Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field
Experience working with children with ASD and related needs
This is not a “take as many cases as possible” model. We’re building a team of clinicians who want to do meaningful work, contribute to a strong clinical culture, and be part of something that is actively growing.
If you’re looking for real support, strong clinical collaboration, and the opportunity to make an impact where it’s needed most—we’d like to connect.
Apply to learn more—begin with a real clinical conversation
We also have opportunities for remote Supervision in NY- covering the cost of acquiring a NY LBA
