What You'll Do
Meet with clients virtually to assess their financial protection needs
Educate individuals and families on life insurance options and solutions
Build strong, lasting relationships through exceptional service
Follow up with prospective and existing clients to provide ongoing support
Utilize technology and digital tools to manage client interactions and business activities
Participate in training, coaching, and professional development programs
What We're Looking For
Active Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one
1–3 years of sales, customer service, or related experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a remote environment
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Professional, dependable, and coachable
Strong computer and technology skills
Passion for serving others with integrity and care

Compensation
This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
Successful agents commonly earn between
$55,000 and $150,000+ annually
, with no cap on earnings. Your income is determined by your effort, consistency, and results.
