About Us We're a fast-growing fractional CFO and controller firm. Our core teams of accountants, controllers, and CFOs deliver an all-inclusive “finance as a department” service to clients. Everyone here is responsible for the results we deliver. We don't accept less than excellent. The fractional CFO space is getting crowded. Anyone can connect a client's accounting software to a dashboard and hand them a report. Business owners choose Sentinel Finance Group because we do what a dashboard can't: get inside the business, find what's broken, make the call, and own the outcome, whether that's closing the books right, catching an error before it costs a client money, or making the decision that changes where a business is headed. That's the standard we hold every person on our team to. Who We're Looking For Go-getters. Self-starters. People who take ownership and go above and beyond the job description. We hire high performers: strong work ethic, excellent communication, real technical skills, and the confidence to make decisions and execute, not just flag problems. You need to be comfortable with cutting-edge technology, because the tools move fast, and so do we. What You Get You'll be a highly visible, client-facing member of a small team that depends on you for strong results. That visibility means real opportunity: if you're willing to work hard, you move up fast. This is a highly independent, autonomous role. You'll get experience across a wide range of industries and projects, with direct impact on real client outcomes from day one. You won't be bored. Who This Isn't For This isn't a role for people who want to coast. We're selective about who we bring on, and we look closely at background and experience to make sure it's a real match for our standards. Most people won't be a fit. If you want to grow, to be pushed, and to be rewarded for it, apply. If you're looking for something easy, this isn't it. Sentinel Finance Group is an equal opportunity employer.
