Stryker seeks a Sourcing Manager for New Product Introduction to lead strategic sourcing across product development initiatives. Responsibilities
Direct sourcing strategy for multiple new product development and introduction initiatives
Evaluate and select suppliers for new technologies, components, and manufacturing processes
Develop and execute supplier strategies supporting product launches, margin expansion, and growth
Serve as primary commercial interface between suppliers and cross-functional teams to resolve issues
Partner with engineering, operations, quality, finance, and marketing on sourcing alignment
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, engineering, finance, business, or related field
8+ years of sourcing, procurement, supply chain, or supplier management experience
Demonstrated expertise leading supplier negotiations and sourcing strategies for complex programs
3+ years managing cross-functional project initiatives (preferred)
Medical device or regulated industry experience (preferred)
SAP experience (preferred)
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred)
Compensation:
$112,900-$188,100 USD annual
