Job Description: Remote IT Specialist at 111 Sign Inc
Job Responsibilities:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for computer systems software and hardware
Manage and maintain IT infrastructure including networks servers and security systems
Install and configure computer systems and applications
Collaborate with team members to resolve IT issues in a timely manner
Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and functioning effectively
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
Strong knowledge of computer systems networks and security protocols
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field
Experience with remote troubleshooting and assistance
Certifications in relevant IT areas are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $25 - $30 per hour
