We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to help build the team behind the next generation of defense technology. Owning the onsite interview experience, including room readiness, presentation setup, candidate arrival, and serving as the primary point of contact throughout the visit
Coordinating candidate travel and logistics, including flights, hotels, transportation, and expense reimbursements
Maintaining accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system and following up on interview feedback to keep hiring decisions moving
Supporting recruiting events, university visits, and team hiring initiatives through planning, logistics, and candidate communication
Improving recruiting workflows, scheduling processes, and candidate preparation materials to support a growing team
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, administration, communications, or a STEM field.
1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, hospitality, event coordination, or a similarly detail-oriented role.
Clear, professional communication and a welcoming approach to working with candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
Experience managing calendars in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn recruiting and scheduling tools.
Experience coordinating interviews or supporting a recruiting team in a fast-paced startup or technical environment.
Familiarity with Greenhouse or another applicant tracking system.
Experience arranging candidate travel, managing itineraries, and processing reimbursements.
Experience preparing conference rooms, presentation equipment, and video conferencing tools.
A track record of improving scheduling processes and finding ways to make recruiting operations more efficient.
Available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
