Position Overview

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Remote Support Experience Coordinator to support day-to-day customer service and administrative operations. The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams, helping coordinate requests, resolve routine concerns, maintain accurate records, and ensure a consistent and positive service experience.

This position is ideal for an organized professional who communicates well, pays close attention to detail, and can manage multiple responsibilities while working independently in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Respond to customer inquiries through email, phone, chat, and other approved communication channels. - Coordinate customer requests, service inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups. - Provide accurate information regarding services, procedures, and account-related questions. - Monitor outstanding requests and follow up to ensure timely resolution. - Maintain accurate customer records, correspondence, and service documentation. - Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and service issues. - Escalate complex, sensitive, or urgent matters to the appropriate department or supervisor. - Assist with scheduling and administrative coordination. - Process and update information using company systems and databases. - Track customer interactions and maintain organized support records. - Help identify recurring customer concerns and communicate trends to management. - Support customer retention and satisfaction initiatives. - Assist with general administrative and operational duties as assigned. - Handle confidential company and customer information responsibly. - Meet established service standards, productivity expectations, and deadlines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is an advantage. - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administrative support, operations, or a related field preferred. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and follow-through. - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Professional and courteous communication style. - Comfortable working independently in a remote environment. - Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and web-based applications. - Ability to learn new software, systems, and procedures quickly. - Reliable internet connection and a suitable home workspace.
