About us and the role Our mission is to help women build confidence in their health and fitness through practical guidance, sustainable habits and personal support. We value thoughtful communication, dependable follow-through and people who take pride in helping clients succeed.

We are looking for a qualified online fitness coach to support women with PCOS. You will help clients build workable routines through personalized exercise and accountability, within your professional qualifications.

What you will do

• Lead online coaching sessions and review client progress. • Adapt exercise plans to individual goals, experience, equipment and schedules. • Give useful feedback on check-ins and respond to client questions. • Help clients work through everyday barriers and build consistency. • Keep accurate records and refer questions outside your professional scope appropriately. • Contribute ideas and collaborate with the team to improve the client experience.

Pay and working arrangements

This is a remote, part-time role based in the United States or Canada. Pay is $30 to $40 USD per hour, depending on relevant experience and qualifications.

Start at 5 paid hours per week. Client-call windows are agreed in advance, with availability preferred on selected weekdays between 10am and 2pm America/Chicago. Regular weekday availability is needed for client follow-up. All agreed coaching, preparation, administration and required training time is paid.

Support and opportunities to grow

You’ll work closely with the team, with clear expectations, regular feedback and room to contribute your ideas. We’re looking to build lasting working relationships with people who care about helping women feel stronger and more confident.

As our team grows, strong performance could open the door to more paid hours, mentoring other coaches and senior coaching responsibilities.

How to apply

Upload your CV or an exported professional profile, and include a link to a 60 to 90-second Loom video or similar recording in the application form. Briefly describe your relevant coaching experience, including any experience supporting women with PCOS. Then respond to this fictional client: "I have missed my workouts this week and feel like I have failed." Show how you would respond with empathy and help her choose one realistic next step. Complete the screening questions with your location, availability, earliest start date and relevant experience. A phone number is required so we can arrange the next stage. Make sure the hiring team can open your recording. No slides, editing or cover letter are needed.

Shortlisted applicants will complete an interview and a short fictional coaching exercise. Please use anonymized examples. Requirements • A relevant, verifiable fitness-coaching qualification. • Experience delivering individualized online coaching. • Experience supporting clients with PCOS or in women's health is preferred. • Clear communication, empathy and dependable follow-through. • Reliable internet, working audio/video and a private setting for calls. Benefits • Remote work with agreed client-call windows. • Paid preparation, administration and required training. • Coaching tools, resources, regular feedback and team support. • The opportunity to contribute ideas and develop broader responsibilities over time.
