Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney - New York / New Jersey - $130k - $200k - Hybrid Remote

Founded in the 1990's, we are a full service law firm with over 200 attorneys. We focus on civil litigation defense for insurers, corporations, and insured clients, with offices in 11 states.

Job duties:

Work hybrid remote. We have offices throughout New York and New Jersey:

Manhattan
Garden City / Uniondale
Westchester County
Jersey City
Hackensack
Florham Park

Develop compelling case strategies that cut through emotional arguments and drive results
Independently manage court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and trials
Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients

Required:

NY and/or NJ bar

Recent insurance defense experience

You should know some of the following:

General, Premises Liability

Commercial, Civil Litigation

Toxic Torts, Products Liability

NY Labor Law / Construction Litigation

Insurance Coverage

Medical Malpractice

MVA
