Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, combined with solution-focused interventions, to create personalized treatment plans that drive client progress towards improved mental health.
Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques, adapting your approach to meet the distinctive needs of each client.
Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring ethical and professional standards are upheld throughout all interactions and documentation.
Collaborate closely with our experienced treatment team, which includes psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, to provide holistic care that integrates diverse perspectives and expertise.
Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to refine care strategies and enhance professional development, ensuring adherence to best practices in mental health treatment.
Educate and empower clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment plans, and available community resources, fostering resilience and informed decision-making.
Stay informed about advancements in the mental health field, integrating new research findings and evidence-based practices into your therapeutic approach to further enhance the quality of care provided.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a diverse population, including individuals facing a range of mental health disorders such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and other related issues. Counselors will work with clients of various age groups and backgrounds, requiring an understanding and appreciation for cultural sensitivity and unique individual experiences.
Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Texas, affirming your professional qualifications.
A strong background in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions with the ability to tailor therapeutic strategies to the unique needs of each client.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with potential bonuses based on performance.
