Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health challenges, ensuring the development of tailored treatment plans.

Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing personalized therapeutic modalities aimed at enhancing the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of clients.

Collaborate with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to meet evolving needs.

Implement teletherapy solutions for virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients who may have transportation challenges or prefer online therapy.

Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with ethical standards and organizational policies, facilitating effective management of client progress and treatment outcomes.

Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical expertise and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus As an LMFT at Resilience Alliance, you will work with a varied clientele, including individuals coping with trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, and family conflicts. Our clients seek support in managing their mental health conditions within a compassionate, non-judgmental environment. You will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate their recovery journeys and achieve sustained well-being.

Qualifications

Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Demonstrated ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and non-judgmental approach to client interactions, ensuring a safe space for open discussion of personal challenges.

Strong organizational and time management skills, enabling efficient management of caseload responsibilities and administrative tasks.

Preferred Experience

Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations, particularly in the context of family dynamics and relationship issues.

Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

Annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
