This position is designed for remote work, allowing for a flexible approach to service delivery while maintaining the support and collaboration of a team environment. Leveraging telehealth modalities, you will operate within an entirely outpatient setting. Key Responsibilities

Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students pursuing clinical licensure or enrolled in their Master’s programs, providing guidance and feedback on their case management and therapeutic techniques. Deliver effective psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique needs. Collaborate closely with a network of healthcare professionals and community resources to promote comprehensive care, referring clients as necessary to ensure holistic treatment. Participate in the development and execution of individualized treatment plans that reflect the goals and needs of clients, while incorporating best practices. Keep meticulous and updated health records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and excellent documentation standards. Engage in continuous professional development by staying abreast of current trends, research, and methodologies in the field of mental health therapy. Patient Population / Client Focus

You will play a key role in shaping therapeutic relationships that empower clients to navigate their challenges and realize their potential. Qualifications

A Master’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required. Possession of a valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or LCSW-R is essential. Professional liability insurance coverage must be maintained. A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, highlighting your ability to handle a variety of cases effectively. Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, additional credentials, certifications, or specialized training related to trauma-informed care, family therapy, or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) can enhance your suitability for this role. Previous experience in supervising graduate-level students is a significant advantage. Compensation and Benefits

Compensation for this position ranges from $52,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent upon experience and the role's demands.
