Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health challenges and devise personalized treatment plans.
Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored specifically to each client's circumstances.
Collaborate closely with clients to establish therapeutic goals and regularly monitor their progress throughout the duration of treatment.
Provide teletherapy options, offering flexibility and accessibility to clients who may face logistical challenges attending in-person sessions.
Ensure timely and accurate documentation is maintained for all client interactions in accordance with ethical guidelines and regulatory standards.
Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops, and seeking additional training to enhance your therapeutic competencies and knowledge of emerging practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus
Our practice serves a varied clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications
Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, while a master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for establishing effective therapeutic relationships with clients.
Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' backgrounds and challenges are essential.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary, enabling effective caseload management and timely completion of administrative responsibilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in private practice settings or outpatient therapy is highly desirable.
Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and teletherapy platforms.
Background in specific therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.
Compensation and Benefits
The role offers a competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
