North Olympic Behavioral Health Services is seeking dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselors (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PhD) to provide high-quality, culturally-sensitive mental health services to our diverse client base. Work Environment

With a high volume of regular client referrals, our counselors can focus on delivering impactful mental health services without unnecessary distractions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand each patient's unique experiences, enabling the creation of tailored treatment plans.
Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect each client's cultural and personal background, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methodologies as appropriate.
Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions that address a variety of mental health concerns, promoting resilience and emotional well-being.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.
Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, including immediate assessment and stabilization of clients in acute distress.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources to enhance their understanding and engagement in the healing process.
Maintain a detailed electronic health record (EHR) for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications
Possession of an active state license in one of the following disciplines: LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or a PhD/PsyD in psychology.
Demonstrated capability for independent practice in a clinical setting.
Strong engagement and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families.
Solid working knowledge of therapeutic interventions that reflect best practices in mental health care.
Preferred Experience
Experience working in a community health setting or with underserved populations.
Proficiency in evidence-based practices and familiarity with a range of therapeutic modalities.
Prior experience with telehealth platforms is advantageous, given the remote nature of this position.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 74,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus and performance-based incentives based on state licensure. Benefits include:
