Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough assessments and create individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique needs and circumstances.
Provide therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups using evidence-based practices and methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with state regulations and ethical standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, enhancing treatment effectiveness.
Engage in continuous professional development to stay informed about the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health counseling.

Qualifications
A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required for this position.
An active and unrestricted professional counseling license (LPC) in the state of Texas is essential.
Minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting, is required.
In-depth understanding of the legal and ethical standards in counseling practice is necessary.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills that enable the formation of strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.
Proficiency with EMR systems and related software is advantageous.
Preferred Experience
Experience in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, substance abuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from USD 60,000 to 90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
