Work Environment
This role is structured around a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that our therapists maintain a strong connection with clients through secure virtual platforms. Our outpatient office facility is based in Charlottesville, Virginia, providing an option for in-person sessions when needed. Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments using culturally sensitive methods to understand clients' backgrounds and mental health challenges.
Develop personalized therapy plans that incorporate skill-building techniques and focus on fostering resilience in clients.
Utilize strength-based interventions, leveraging clients' existing resources and capabilities to enhance therapeutic outcomes.
Create detailed safety, crisis, and wellness plans that are specific to each client’s circumstances, ensuring a proactive approach to mental health management.
Engage in ongoing progress evaluation and adjust treatment plans as necessary to reflect advancements or changes in clients’ situations.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all sessions and client interactions adhering to HIPAA guidelines and organizational policies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related mental health field is required.
Active and valid LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license in the state of Virginia.
Strong analytical skills to assess and understand complex client needs effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate a trusting relationship with clients.
Preferred Experience
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, preferably in an outpatient setting.
Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed care approaches.
Proficiency in telehealth tools and platforms to facilitate remote therapy sessions.
Compensation and Benefits
