Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality virtual therapy sessions tailored to meet the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
Create a welcoming and confidential space for clients, encouraging openness and trust.
Collaborate with clients to set, track, and achieve personal therapeutic goals.
Design customized treatment plans based on thorough assessments and ongoing evaluations of client progress.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and treatment plans using our secure digital systems.
Engage in regular professional development activities to stay abreast of best practices and emerging trends in mental health therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role focuses on a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma-related concerns. Our clients benefit from a blend of therapeutic techniques that suit their unique circumstances, emphasizing empowerment and personal growth. As a member of our team, you will work with individuals from various backgrounds and phases of life, enabling you to expand your professional experience and expertise.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
A valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) is required.
At least two years of relevant experience in therapy and treatment planning.
Exceptional communication skills, especially in a remote setting, to foster effective therapeutic relationships.
Proficiency in digital therapeutic tools and platforms, enhancing client interactions and care delivery.
Preferred Experience
We value candidates who have been involved in continuous professional development and possess a strong knowledge of various therapeutic modalities. Experience with specific populations or issues, such as trauma-informed care or cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), is a plus.
