The White Way Mental and Wellness Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselors to join our expanding team. This full-time remote role allows mental health professionals to provide high-quality counseling services to adults, helping them navigate their journey toward improved mental well-being. Work Environment
This remote position facilitates a flexible work-life balance, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while managing your schedule according to your availability. As part of a fully remote team, you will have the freedom to conduct virtual sessions, collaborate with fellow professionals, and tap into our supportive network of resources.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ethical and compassionate counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a supportive environment for each client.
Utilize solution-focused treatment modalities to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to address client-specific challenges.
Guide clients in exploring their emotions and experiences, aiding them in understanding their behaviors and building healthy relationships.
Continuously monitor clients' progress throughout the treatment journey, assisting them in developing effective coping strategies and skills.
Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in mental health counseling.
Patient Population / Client Focus
In this role, you will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a wide range of mental health needs. Your work will center on helping these individuals improve their quality of life through thoughtful and personalized counseling strategies aimed at enhancing their mental resilience.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
Full licensure to practice independently as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
No limited/provisional licenses or disciplinary actions on record.
Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate demeanor, allowing you to build trust and rapport with clients.
Strong computer literacy to navigate our integrated therapist platform and telehealth tools.
Preferred Experience
While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, prior experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems will be viewed favorably. Experience in various treatment modalities and working with diverse populations is a strong asset.
Compensation and Benefits
Annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000, depending on hours worked and caseload.
