Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of patients through telehealth platforms, leveraging your expertise to create customized treatment plans in alignment with best practices and solution-focused interventions.
Implement therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions are tailored to meet the unique needs of clients while utilizing digital tools effectively.
Maintain accurate and secure clinical documentation via electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to all relevant regulations and compliance standards.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, engaging in virtual consultations and case discussions to enhance treatment outcomes and share insights on patient progress.
Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources, utilizing technology to communicate effectively.
Participate in regular peer review meetings and case consultations using video conferencing technology to discuss ongoing care strategies and improve service delivery.
Stay informed on the latest developments in mental health by attending webinars and virtual conferences, continually integrating new knowledge into your practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role primarily involves working with individuals engaging in detoxification, along with their families who are navigating complex emotional and psychological challenges. Your expertise will enable you to provide critical support and effective interventions that promote recovery and emotional resilience.
Qualifications
A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Texas is mandatory.
At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a proven track record in providing psychotherapy services.
Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, adaptable for remote delivery.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and trust with clients effectively through digital platforms.
Preferred Experience
Experience working with clients in a detox or rehabilitation setting is highly desirable.
Adeptness in using electronic health record management and other telehealth tools is preferred.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges associated with remote work.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $104,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
