Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients’ mental and emotional health to determine their needs and establish treatment plans. Design and implement personalized therapy strategies, utilizing various evidence-based approaches tailored to individual client situations. Facilitate regular therapy sessions, providing support and resources that empower clients to navigate their mental health challenges and achieve their goals. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care; this may involve consulting with physicians, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals. Document client progress and maintain detailed case notes using an electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and ethical guidelines. Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with Mindset Mastery, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse, anxiety disorders, depression, eating disorders, trauma, and relationship issues. You will be expected to apply a culturally competent framework to your practice, recognizing and respecting the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client. Qualifications

Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. A valid and current license as an LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington. Minimum of two years of practical experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably in an outpatient context. Depth of knowledge in mental health disorders and an understanding of culturally responsive therapeutic techniques. Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build trusting relationships with a diverse client base. Proficient in adopting various therapeutic methodologies, including individual and group therapy formats. Preferred Experience

Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to navigate technology proficiently. Experience in crisis intervention and management, demonstrating strong decision-making abilities under pressure. A commitment to ongoing professional development and education in the mental health field. Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers an attractive annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
