Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health needs and craft appropriate intervention strategies.

Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized evidence-based treatment plans that reflect the individual goals and circumstances of each client.

Provide individual, couples, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based methodologies tailored to address specific mental health issues.

Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other medical professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Maintain detailed and confidential client records, adhering to legal and ethical standards of practice.

Participate in regular clinical supervision, case discussions, and continuing education initiatives to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus You will be working with a diverse clientele, providing support for a wide range of mental health concerns. Our clients include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, addiction issues, and other psychological challenges. Your role is crucial in not only addressing their needs but also empowering them to cultivate resilience and cope effectively with emotional distress.

Qualifications

A valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts is required.

A Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

Demonstrated experience providing both individual and group therapy in a mental health context.

Proficiency in employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques relevant to a variety of mental health disorders.

Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with additional bonuses. Our benefits package includes:
