Position Overview North Olympic Behavioral Health Services is seeking dedicated and qualified Licensed Mental Health Counselors, including LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, and those with a PhD/PsyD. Key Responsibilities

Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to understand the unique experiences and needs of each patient, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans.

Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, adjusting approaches based on the cultural and personal backgrounds of patients.

Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering resilience and addressing various mental health concerns.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

Offer crisis intervention services and immediate support during mental health emergencies to ensure client safety and stabilization.

Educate patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources that could enhance their well-being.

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring a seamless administrative workflow.

Qualifications

An active state license for one of the following: LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or a doctoral level psychologist (PhD/PsyD).

Demonstrated ability to independently provide clinical mental health services.

Strong engagement skills and a solid working knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Preferred Experience

Previous experience working in an outpatient setting or through telehealth platforms is preferred.

Experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or individuals with trauma histories, is a plus.

Proven track record of effective crisis intervention and support.

Compensation and Benefits The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 74,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
