This full-time position offers a remote work setting, allowing for a flexible and comfortable workplace that supports work-life balance. Our outpatient office in Bend allows for occasional face-to-face meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration, enhancing professional relationships and therapeutic effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough mental health assessments to gather detailed information about clients' emotional and psychological states, assessing factors that contribute to their well-being.
Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ individual diagnoses, needs, and therapeutic goals, adjusting plans as necessary based on progress.
Provide evidence-based therapeutic counseling to individuals, couples, families, and group settings, employing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness approaches.
Build and maintain strong and trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, providing a safe and non-judgmental space that fosters open communication and vulnerability.
Implement a range of therapeutic techniques to facilitate clients' journeys toward identifying, understanding, and reshaping detrimental behaviors and thought patterns.
Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
Patient Population / Client Focus
The clientele you will be serving is diverse, encompassing various age groups and backgrounds. This includes children grappling with emotional development challenges, adolescents navigating the complexities of identity and relationships, adults confronting life transitions or mental health disorders, and first responders managing the psychological impact of their demanding roles. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping these individuals achieve their mental health goals.
Qualifications
A Master's Degree in Social Work, Professional Counseling, Family Therapy, or a related field is essential for this position.
Active state licensure as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required to provide counseling services legally.
A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a private practice or mental healthcare setting is strongly preferred.
Specialization in areas such as trauma, substance use, or couples therapy will be highly regarded.
Demonstrated expertise in clinical counseling, possessing strong assessment skills to create tailored treatment solutions.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
