Blissful Counseling Hub, LLC is actively seeking a Full-Time Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities
Design and implement comprehensive and personalized treatment plans for clients, aligning with their unique mental health needs and goals.
Conduct thorough assessments using evidence-based methodologies to identify specific mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders.
Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, offering timely support to clients experiencing acute distress.
Manage ongoing therapy for individuals with various mental health diagnoses and/or substance use disorders, focusing on recovery and long-term well-being.
Collaborate with clients to develop strategies to address family relationships, behavioral patterns, and personal challenges, fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.
Patient Population / Client Focus
This role emphasizes working with a diverse client base, including students and families facing a range of mental health challenges. You will play a crucial role in helping clients set and achieve their personal goals, guiding them through their unique struggles within a supportive framework. Your contributions will directly enhance their quality of life and overall mental health.
Qualifications
A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in mental health care practices.
Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop meaningful relationships with clients.
Proficiency in utilizing telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems to document client interactions effectively.
Preferred Experience
Experience in a community health clinic or school-based setting is highly preferred.
Familiarity with therapies and interventions addressing specific issues, including trauma-informed care and cognitive-behavioral therapy.
Previous experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in mental health practices.
Compensation and Benefits
