As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Conducting individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based practices tailored to the unique needs of each client. Performing comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans that set measurable goals for progress. Engaging in regular case consultations with colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated care approaches. Maintaining meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations and best practices for client confidentiality. Participating in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training sessions focused on emerging therapies and best practices. Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will encompass diverse populations, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and various mental health conditions. You will work closely with clients from all backgrounds, utilizing culturally sensitive approaches to ensure that each person feels understood, respected, and empowered to achieve their mental health goals. Your role will significantly impact clients’ lives, aiding their recovery and enhancing their overall well-being. Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications: A Master's or Doctorate degree in a field related to mental health counseling. An active professional license in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW. Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations, demonstrating cultural competence and adaptability. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, facilitating collaborative relationships with clients and team members. A self-driven, proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities, aligned with an eagerness to contribute to a team-oriented environment. Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following additional experiences will enhance your candidacy: Minimally two years of experience providing mental health counseling in a clinical environment. Familiarity with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy modalities. Experience in crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques. Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package for this role is competitive, with an annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 based on experience and qualifications.
